I love this place. It is always kept spotlessly clean. It's great to see the employees laughing and happy.

The Hy-Vee Market Place Grill in Plattsmouth offers some of the best food in the area! The food is cooked to order, always fresh and hot. It is reasonably priced and the portion sizes leave you feeling satisfied. My fiancée and I love coming here for date night because of the delicious food and cozy atmosphere. I gave it four stars because there have been instances where the servers have forgotten about us or our orders.

Hyvee has exceeded my expectations by creating the cake I desired and other baked goods upon placing an order! The bakery is exceptional!

Although HY-Vee is quite pricey, the reviewer believes they should not use a phone signal interrupter. The service is impeccable everywhere except in the loading area. The reviewer finds it unsafe to block cell signals in that location.

It is nice to have a business like Hy-Vee in small old plattsmouth. meat and deli counters, food prepared, large production department. my only and constant complaint is the improvement of the luggage requirement. bread cutting, hot eating with frozen, excessively heavy bags. I actually put all my frozen and chilled food on the belt first then the uncooled items then hot food last. the frozen articles are nevertheless bagged with non-cooled articles. I always have to tell the cashier to bag the brot separately, otherwise it is crushed with a heavy object in the bag. I buy many food stores in the Omaha area, as I work there and by far the plattsmouth Hy-Vee has the worst excavator. I would like to bag my own food if they would leave me or maybe the management could give the employees a class on the right luggage.
