Starbucks - Plattsburgh

The staff seems unfamiliar with how to prepare a basic drink from the menu, specifically the caramel ribbon crunch. I ordered it with no modifications, yet they still got it wrong. When I asked about it, I was told it had always been made the same way, despite it being incorrectly prepared. There was no rush involved since I was the only customer there—very disappointing.

The staff here is fantastic! I think it's unfair that they aren't allowed to accept tips just because they are located inside a Target; that policy should definitely be reevaluated. If they provide the same, if not better, service than a typical Starbucks, why shouldn't they be allowed to receive tips?

I'm not particularly fond of Starbucks; I generally prefer Dunkin' Donuts. However, when I do visit, I always stick to my favorite drink, the Caramel Apple Spice. That's my standard order. The staff has consistently been friendly and helpful. Thank you!

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever visited. For years, I've consistently ordered the same drink across various countries: a triple or quad espresso on ice in a venti cup with syrup and cold foam. However, at this location, I was informed that the manager had instructed the staff not to serve a triple espresso in a venti cup, insisting that I could only get a tall cup. Their solution was to provide me with a venti cup filled with ice while the espresso and syrup were served in a tall cup, and the cold foam came in a separate cup. This forced me to assemble the drink myself, resulting in the waste of two plastic cups. It was the most ridiculous experience I’ve ever encountered, especially since I spend $5-10 at Starbucks daily. I could understand if this policy somehow offered a larger drink for my money, but it’s the same order, and I pay extra for both the syrup and cold foam. My drink doesn't even fit in a tall cup, and I prefer a lot of ice that melts into my beverage. Once again, this is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. If this is the kind of training their management receives, it’s simply unacceptable.
