You ordered our subs online. We were 5 minutes away and we were in and out in about 3 so great service.

Typical so-so quality but poor management when it comes to customer service. I ordered a chicken and bacon ranch sub. I was surprised to discover the price exceeded that which was listed on the menu board. The checkout clerk called management over who said the lower price is for a rotisserie chicken with bacon. So, when I ordered the sandwich, because there are two different types of chicken, why wasn’t I asked which one I wanted? I was told I needed to request the “Elite” sandwich. There was no apology for the confusion; the manager walked away without a word spoken, but she said plenty through her demeanor. A well-trained staff would have adjusted the price to what a customer thought he ordered and would pay, but didn’t receive, and politely explained the difference between “Elite” and just plain chicken bacon ranch sandwich. It’s obvious that the owner doesn’t care because not only is the staff poorly trained but the parking lot is long overdue for repair.
