The Frenchman burger is one of the best burgers I ever had!!!!!

Food and service were great. We enjoyed lunch on the outdoor patio.

Have eaten here many times before and it’s always been great. Maybe this time was just an off night for the staff. Burgers were not cooked as requested….one person ordered medium and it came out well done. Another person ordered medium well and it came out medium rare. One burger had cheese (no cheese was requested) so a new one had to be made. Fish tacos were ordered and instead fish and chips were brought to the table. The meals were extremely slow to come out, however the restaurant was very crowded. They offered to replace the fish and chips with the correct order but seeing as we had waited almost an hour for our meals, I was not up for waiting any longer. Our server was very nice and they did take 10% off the bill for the issues and also gave us a card for a free dessert next time around. We very appreciated them acknowledging the mix ups and taking responsibility. In spite of several issues on this one visit, we will be back.

Ordered a hamburger (Frenchman) and a Reuben. My bottom bun was so soaked that I could not pick up the burger. Had to use a fork and a knife to eat it. Husband said his tasted good but the meat was not tender. Would go back for drinks and apps, but not for a meal.
