Firehouse Subs Plantation

I ordered the bark meat and Cheddar briquette double meat cheese. I'm a big eater and I couldn't finish the half of this sandwich. I put the other half in a toaster oven and added a bit of mayo and I couldn't finish the second half. I was curious what took so long until I took up the bag and realized how hard it was. they really went to the city on double meat / double cheese.

Always clean and the staff is excellent. the subs are great!

This perverted version of firehouse subs is not worth its disappointment or aggravation. that's the worst eating experience we've ever had. my wife and I will never go there again. do not eat in the region plantation fl. we recommend other options such as laspada’s hoagies, much better less expensive and a much better value. no hot sauce bar. nasty food we ordered two subs, both came with brot, which was dry, crusty, old, unacceptable, absolutely unacceptable. the place is dirty, quite disgusting. not worth no way we have paid $37.42 for two subs with drinks and small bags of prepacked chips. this is a price for a seat with waiting staff not a sub-shop. I have completed the question and asked the owner to call me. he didn't call. they asked him to call me and pay back. the owner refused to pay me back. I have my money back from the company.

What a wonderful experience! the personal was so friendly and funny! a special scream for Alexis who actually came to our table to check and see how everything was going! She was really a pleasure and made the experience amazing! Of course, eating was as usual, but the experience was what it sold for me! once again scream alexis and the rest of the staff so it is so pleasant!

My wife and I just visited Firehouse for the last time. Don 't eat there at the Fountains in Plantation Fl location. If there is no other option for you but Firehouse, go to one of the other locations. Maybe try other options like Laspada 's Hoagies, much better less expensive and a much better value. He finally called, wanted the receipt and would call to get the card number from me to refund my meal. He never called back. I called and left several messages, this owner manager coward, named Carlos refuses to call me. Cover Your Ass In the event that you have the same experience where Carlos refuses to refund you for bad food, make sure you pay with a credit card so you can have the card company perform a charge back . The card company will take the money from Carlos, refund it back to you and then charge him a nice fee. Carlos has a very long repeat history of FAILING to satisfy customers.
