Charley's Philly Steaks - Plantation

Usually I have no problem with this place, but today I am slightly upset. I made sure my order had no pickles, but once I got them, she had pickles. Second, the app said my food would be delivered in an hour. fine, no problem, so I ordered when I did it. it wounded to deliver 1 hour and 30 minutes for my food. I had no other problems. Please note if someone asks for something to be NOT on their food.

Sasha and Crystal were amazing!!! I ran late and they did me a great favor!!!! The food was great I will definitely go back!!! Super nice, very helpful and very professional great team!!!

I went into where they close and I just mean a few minutes before the shopping center closed (basically closed) and my experience was great. Sheyla, Sasha, Brian and Joseph, who close on 5/23/2022. These 4 are definitely 5 start staff!!!! You deserve an increase!!!! Although she, where pretty much closed for the night like the rest of the mall, she where super helpful and gladly made my food without a second thought. Kudos to these 4 for customer service until second. You, where so friendly and very pleasant to have and with experience. 10/10 for this fantastic 4!!!! Keep it!
