Charley's Cheesesteaks - Plantation

This special Charley's (8000 W Broward Blvd FC-12, Plantation, FL 33388) is within the Broward Mall, in the food court, so it would not be their full menu that you would see at the franchise. No chicken wings But I love Charleys. Especially her chicken wings

Sasha and Crystal were incredible! I arrived late, and they went above and beyond to accommodate me. The food was fantastic, and I will definitely return! They were super friendly, extremely helpful, and exceptionally professional—a wonderful team!

I usually don't have any issues with this place, but today I'm a bit disappointed. I made sure to specify that I didn’t want pickles, but they were included in my order. Additionally, the app indicated that my food would be delivered in an hour, which was fine, so I placed my order accordingly. However, it ended up taking an hour and a half for my food to arrive. Other than that, there were no issues. I just wish that if someone requests to have an item left off their food, it would be taken into account.

I visited right before the shopping center closed, and I had a fantastic experience! Sheyla, Sasha, Brian, and Joseph, who were working the closing shift on May 23, 2022, truly provided five-star service! They definitely deserve a raise! Even though the restaurant was almost closed like the rest of the mall, they were incredibly helpful and made my food without hesitation. A huge shoutout to these four for their exceptional customer service until the very end. They were friendly and a pleasure to interact with, demonstrating great experience. I rate this fantastic team a 10/10! Keep up the great work!
