Taco Bell - Plant City

This is the best Taco Bell I've ever visited. They consistently get the order right, and the quality of the food is outstanding!

When I handed them my card for the refund, they mistakenly charged me again and refused to provide a receipt, saying they didn't know how to print one from the machine and had jammed it up. I explained that I needed a receipt as proof of my refund request, but they insisted I wait until they contacted a manager. When the manager came on the phone, she was quite rude, yelling at me while I tried to explain what had happened. They kept insisting that I didn’t trust them to refund my money. I called my bank right there in the drive-thru, and they confirmed that I had been double charged, yet the staff still acted as if I was being unreasonable. After some back and forth, the manager finally asked how I wanted the refund processed. I said I preferred cash since I was concerned about another potential double charge. She shouted that cash wasn't an option, leaving me puzzled as to why she even offered it. Overall, this was a terrible experience. While I did manage to get the majority of my money back, it was frustrating. This location used to be reliable, but I've heard they have new management now.

I ordered a Mexican pizza (which they had brought back) and, after taking a bite, I found that the meat tasted spoiled, so I had to throw it away. Unfortunately, it affected my appetite for a whole week. I really should have considered taking legal action.

Got the new grilled cheese burrito and asked to make it spicy and was charged for it but when I got home and started eat I realized they didn?t put any jalapeños on either of our burritos. Was very good still without it but make sure to check yourfood before leaving cause they miss the little details. They be sure not to forgot to charge u!!!!!

We got the taco Family pack of 10 soft hard tacos they were horrible the meat was disgusting. My daughter got the nacho supreme she got home home and threw it all up. I tried one of the nachos with everything on it that she ordered. It tasted likesoap the meat tasted nasty like something out of a can and it looked like mush . Also ordered the Big Beef Burrito and theseveral layers burritos. I don?t know what has happened with this chain of food but you?re better off making this yourself athome. We will Never go back there Nor do I recommend it to anyone. My Daughter actually works in a restaurant. That serves nachosupreme that?s where we get ours now
