Taco Bell - Plant City

Food is usually made prior to order. I order a Gordito Crunch taco and the Crunch was so soggy that the hard taco was much. Every time I order something that is supposed to be crunchy, it's soggy. I give up. NO more Taco

Customer Service in fast food has declined. More money less Service.

This is the only taco Bell I visit. The staff is nice and helpful and the restaurant is always clean. Even though the other one on James Redman is closer I will definitely drive the distance to receive better service. The James Redman location is dirty and when you walk in they yell out . Please use the screen we aren't taking orders at the counter right now. Then you wait forever while learning about how the party was who was there and who hooked up with who. Very unprofessional. So I will stick with my Baker street location it's way better.

My Mexican was a odd request of wanting chicken,Not beef.It was delicious.It was fast and fresh too.

Not easy to park or find the entrance. Food was good. Mobile order took a while to get made. Need better workflow in place.
