Mcdonald's - Plant City

Almost funny, how difficult it is to make this mcdonald happy. Ice machine is always down and lately the card machine seems to be down every time I move in. Did without food maybe have been 6 out of the last 10 times here

Service was terrible! I've never waited for McDonald so long! No one ever came to the speaker and took our order after more than 10 minutes waiting. The orders were taken over in the adjacent lane. We ordered in the pay window. Nobody even apologized for the long delay. The worst customer service ever!

Good place for a fast meal and bathroom break. Clean, friendly staff. The only thing that needs work is teamwork and organization especially during a rush.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION EVER. Ive had problems in the past here and decided to give them a chance since I work nearby. At 10:30 at night it took me 20-30 minutes to move 5 car spaces up to the order spot in the inner lane, only to realize after 3 cars had ordered and passed me in the other lane that either the machine was broken and not blocked off or being ignored completely. I waved at the camera and said hello multiple times trying to get someone's attention and nothing happened. It took me less than half that time to drive across town, order and receive my food at the Burger King on Park rd and drive home. This is also not the first time I've had issues here recently

I downloaded the app for the first time and used the curbside pickup. I really like it. There's no minimum requirement to spend a certain amount. I spent $3 and some change. My order was small so it didn't take long. I'll be using the app more often. It's easy and simple. Thanks
