Contribuiți la feedbackTried picking up a mobile order. After waiting nearly 10 minutes inside at the register the employee still hadn't acknowledge me . There is no way to cancel an order so I went through the drive thru. Only 2 cars in front of me and it took HALF AN HOUR to get a messed up order. I will never come back.
I gambled and went here last night in spite of the previous bad experience where I waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes without an apology. It must have improved by now, right? That was a month ago. It’s an odd thing how Chinese food restaurants never mess up your order, but it’s rare to get a correct order from the window of a fast food restaurant. Last night I noticed the girl giving me four dark sodas when one was supposed to be orange. I pointed this out and she got an orange soda and then I said, just to verify, what are the other drinks? She named them off, but one was incorrect, so that also had to be replaced. Interestingly, every time she handed me anything I said thank you. She never said you’re welcome in return. She said nothing and just looked off in the distance. I tried to check that everything was correct before I pulled away, but felt pressured to move on. So I get home and the food order was correct, but my wife recoils from her drink as the first one to taste them. “There’s no syrup,” she said. I pulled the lid off and saw there was no carbonation either. Completely flat. All of them were like this, except the orange one. Maybe the syrup part could be forgiven if no one had complained yet. But the lack of carbonation is something that could be seen just during the pouring into the cup if anyone actually cared about doing a decent job. My son-in-law asks why I’m stupid enough to keep coming here. I guess I’ll listen.
