813 Chinese - Plant City

Service was a bit slow, ordered online to the restaurant, paid and had to wait another 15 minutes, service was good. Food was excellent, roasted dumplings with chicken and dumpling sauce, when combined was divine! Mongolic beef that has the right spice, Singapore Mei fun that was diced with properly cooked shrimps, you know the pop when your teeth hit them. I was impressed and will be back!

First time going. Got the honey chicken, great flavor, only thing was the honey chicken was mostly batter. Rice was tasty but the mixture of the honey chicken flavor didn't sit well for me. Rice alone was great though. Chicken Egg drop soup was great too.

I’m always hesitant about lunch specials and anything that’s a “deal”, but this $8 lunch special was fantastic. As far as food quality goes, It’s seems to be standard Chinese food. What gives them five stars is the fact that the food was hot off the stove, the portions were generous, and the restaurant and restroom were very clean.

The food was not only delicious, but the customer service was outstanding as well! The woman at the front had impeccable manners and was incredibly sweet when I came to pick up my order. When I mentioned that I had a 5-year-old at home, she generously gave me some extra fortune cookies.

I had an excellent experience with the customer service! I never felt rushed while placing my order over the phone. I've ordered Chinese takeout many times, but none of those places made as strong an impression on me as this one! The presentation of the food when I received it was impressive. When my husband went to pick up the order, he also remarked on how different this restaurant is from typical Chinese takeout spots. The staff treated us with respect and there was a welcoming atmosphere, complete with air conditioning inside. As a supporter of small businesses, I prefer to shop local, and this place has definitely earned my loyalty.
