Taco Cabana - Plano

I had a wonderful experience! Although a few items were missing from my order, the manager, Christi, was incredibly kind and attentive. There was nothing rude or unpleasant about the service. Thank you, Taco Cabana staff, for a fantastic visit after 12 years away!

Quick and easy to get in and out! The staff is friendly, and the prices are great. Plus, they have a $2.00 margarita to-go, which is fantastic! The only downside is that I didn’t see street tacos on the menu, but that may have been because I’m visually impaired and was in a rush. Regardless, I still absolutely love Taco Cabana!

Not that I have the right to prevent collection. But if you? re going to offer it for ordering and have signage, parking, and instructions, then you must honor it. Just be honest so your customers have a choice. In my opinion, the franchisor told them they had to offer it, so do they. You will bring your screaming toddler in and out of the store to pick up. I tested this three times and they were finally honest with me. The first time nobody picked up the phone, so I finally went in. The second time it went straight to Voicemail and when I went in, I let the employees know that the phone went straight to vm, and I child that you didn't smile and said, ?yeah, okay? In the end, I used the mobile app this time, parked in a certain place, called and got vm. When I came in, I asked the employees. You're not really aside, are you? And to my surprise she said: No, not really? No, not? I appreciate honesty. I didn't complain, let my toddler scream and pout while we waited and wore them over my shoulder when we got our food. I don't expect the Kurbside service. Many places do not offer it. My objection pretends to offer it. I would have chosen somewhere else if that were the case. And to the suggestion, I should just thru drive, I can and have. That said, the app offers rewards for ordering through the app, which is why I would like to use it. But like the Taco Bell on Parker? ve decided not to do curbside or drive thru mobile pick-up. Honesty about it would give your older, disabled or child-care enigma options. The food is good. Taco Cabana. But yes, take the signs and stop doing. Thanks for a tired mom.

I ordered four Shredded chicken tacos with tomatoes salsa and Jalapeno salsa. They were fresh, soft and tasty. Also the amount of blows in the Tacos was decent. Unbeatable price. Three stars are due to customer service. I felt servers would pay me instead.

The food here was so delicious and the ride thru person was super nice and courteous, but there was considerable problem. I ordered a family-fajita dinner, big steak-Quesadilla, and a queen blanco filled burrito with ground beef. Only the problem was that there was no groundbeef. None. Not at all. There was a lot of cheese on top (delicious! delicious rice, a smile of beans, salad and tomatoes, but not even a spot of beef. Don't get me wrong, it even tastes super without the meat, but that's not what I ordered. I would have gone back, but the Taco Cabana is 30 minutes away from home and I don't want to spend another hour on the street or waste so much gas. I would suggest you check your order before you leave.
