Simon's Sushi - Plano

I've tried plenty of sushi places in DFW and Austin, and this one is my absolute favorite. The staff is always friendly and attentive to your needs. The rolls and nigiri are consistently fresh and tasty. Their spicy tuna roll is absolutely amazing. I’ve never had a bad experience here, no matter how many times I've visited. It's truly a hidden gem. Thank you, Simon!

Family-owned and operated. Simon (owner) is an EXCELLENT sushi chef. His wife, Lynn is the lead server, and their daughter Christine is there to insure everyone is happy and everything is FRESH!! For a special treat, ask for THE SUSAN ROLL , you will LOVE it!!

Simon's Sushi is a hidden gem in an unexpected spot. It's not often you find a place with such charm, excellent service, and meticulous attention to detail. The sushi and sashimi are delightful, making it the perfect spot to explore new flavors. I'm excited to make Simon's Sushi a regular destination.

EDIT: I 've been gone 7 months and for the last two months all I could think about was Simon 's Sushi. Went for lunch today and it was amazing! Everything we got was top quality and tasty. Service was exceptional and everyone so friendly.

Simon's Sushi is a unique dining experience with a serene atmosphere and delectable food. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the service is outstanding. I started visiting this restaurant last year while searching for a place to celebrate my birthday, and now it has become a weekly or bi-weekly habit for me to enjoy dinner there. I am particularly fond of their Salmon Skin Sushi Rolls and Nabeyaki Udon, which I typically order on every visit. This restaurant is truly a hidden gem in Plano, beloved by many. There are numerous loyal customers who have been coming for years, which speaks volumes about the restaurant's appeal. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking fresh sushi.
