Potbelly - Plano

I ordered big turkey by Uber, I was missing hot peppers which I included. When I call the store the response is “wHAT EVER” and hang up on me.Very rude and unprofessional service.

FRAUD! Be aware that this place takes your money but would not fulfill your order! It is a SCAM!

Asked for a veg sandwich and was given a chicken sandwich. I reported the issue and they remade my order giving me another chicken sandwich again!

Had a sandwich and soup for breakfast . Perfect and feeling . Ordered all vegetarian sandwich and it was stuffed well with all fresh veggies and grilled well. All vegetarian Soup was warm and hearty . Overall a great place if wanna have some good sandwiches .

Started off good, then turned bad quickly.Went through the line with my service Animal(who has his bage on at all times) and checked out nicely till sandwich maker guy comes to our table to tell us we can't have our Animal in the restaurant rudely. So matching his tone told him he's a service animal. Then, he gets rude with me as my husband steps in. all in all first time and last time at a potbelly.
