Pizza Hut - Plano

Family and I have been ordering from this place for years. Prices and quality earlier better. It's a bit downhill. East Plano location on Shiloh Road seems to have a better quality when I'm in the area to order there.

My food was delivered without being notified, so my food was outside for 30 minutes I called the pizza hat that it delivered to say: "I'm not in your house so that I don't know what happened" when I asked about a company number, I was told, "Google it" then when I asked about the manager name that I spoke to), she hanged on me.

The pizza I ordered was cooked for perfection and the way I asked to cook it. Great job guys!

The lady who took my order was very nice and friendly

It has gotten a lot better! We actually got fresh out of the oven hot pizza last night and it was AMAZING!
