Mcdonald's - Plano

The spicy chicken sandwich was definitely not as pictured. The Cheeseburger had an ounce of meat. Yeah, okay, you get what you pay, but it was still disappointing. Food: 2/5

Good place to go when you hurry. Staff was busy so I had to use the kiosk that is very easy to use food: 4/5

This McDonald is sucking! The manager was very rude. I spoke to him in Spanish because I know he speaks Spanish, but he began to act as if he never spoke Spanish. Even if I got my food, I asked him politely where the napkins were. But he yelled at me and pointed in a direction where there were no napkins. My son had to come over the counter to get napkins! I do not recommend this place at all!

This McDonald’s has terrible service and very dirty bathrooms. At first, the staff did nothing. I saw people coming in and waiting outside to be visited, and someone had to wait almost 15 minutes to get 2 bottles of water. I even saw a worker walking around who did nothing. I do not recommend this McDonald, it is a better idea to go to another.

Our fries ? were cold and the the lady refuse to give us ranch we order 3 large fries , 3 mac chickens and 1 chicken Sandwich !! We didn’t complain by getting our fries cold but she did complain in giving us 3 ranch … so sad …
