I had a really bad experience at this restaurant yesterday. My friend strongly recommended to me this place. I went to ztao for grocery and I went in this restaurant to order a sandwich to go. It's $7.31 including tax. They refused to accept any cards(credit card or debit card), cash only. I didn't have cash with me. So the waitress asked me to use quick pay to make thepayment. I followed her instruction to make payment and they gave me the ticket with the number. On the ticket, it couldn't tellif I paid or not. I didn't notice it's a red flag, because I thought it's just a $7 take out. When I came back to pick up. Thewaitress insisted I didn't pay and asked me to pay it again. I explained I paid with quick pay. She didn't believe me, andrefused to check the quick pay record. She grabbed the other waitress to ask if I paid. I was trying to log into Chase app toshow her the record. At that time she talked to at least 2 other waitresses. One said I didn't pay, the other said I paid incash. Then, this waitress insisted I lied. Finally, they let me go, and one of them said sorry to me, but not the one whoinsisted I didn't pay. When I arrived home, the sandwich I ordered was really cold to eat. It didn't taste good at all.Actually, when I came back to pick up, I took a to go menu with me, in case I like it and wanted to order more next time. Butafter I went out this restaurant, I threw it away. It was the worst experience in the restaurant I had in my life. First time here. Food was excellent! Will definitely be back.

Food is always great. I like the taste of their Chinese BBQ. They have some special and tasty drink too. The service is also pretty good. There is a button you can hit to call for waitress so you don't always have to wait for them to pass by.

No sushi here. But, still a great place. Great Chinese BBQ. Takoyaki was wonderful. Fried rice with chicken came out in a large portion and was absolutely tasty. Lastly, the rice noodle soup was very fresh, had an awesome blend of flavor and spice.Definitely will return.
