La Madeleine - Plano

When my food arrived, I discovered that the eggs were fake, the sausage was actually pork, and the coffee was of very low quality. I tried to get the attention of a server to request either a refund or a replacement, but it took over twenty minutes with several servers passing by before I finally had to go to the front of the house to explain the situation myself. While I was offered a replacement, the misleading information had already frustrated me, so I decided against ordering again. I wasn't offered a refund either. Overall, I felt that this was a waste of over $11 and a really disappointing experience. I wish this establishment was more accommodating and honest with customers who have dietary restrictions. This situation is truly disappointing.

I had a great late afternoon meal at this La Madeleine. I ordered the Chicken Parisienne, and it was fantastic! The staff were very helpful during the ordering process. Plus, there was someone in the dining area ensuring it stayed clean. The service was excellent overall. With both delicious food and great service, I highly recommend this La Madeleine location in Plano, TX.

The service was extremely slow, and the staff seemed more focused on their phones than on their work, which made everything seem much more difficult than it needed to be. To top it off, our soup was so cold that the cheese didn’t even melt.

This place is going down big-time from what it used to be 10 years ago.. literally nothing is the same. Food quality very inconsistent. food tastes very inconsistent and poor, Compared to what it used to be The stuff is nice but how does that help ifthey don?t know what they?re doing due to lack of training. Lately, Every time I walk in here there seem to be new people intraining which worries me because that means they don?t take care of their employees You can definitely tell there is a bigmanagement issue.

I come here every morning. Love the place and their food and they will recognize the guy who always orders tomato basil soup! This morning things were a little shaky because they had some new stuff on training and everything was backedup. However the short haired lady assuming the manager of the restaurant) did such a great job and had everything undercontrol, smiling as always! I mean all of them, I look closely all the time the service. I hope the owner sees how hardworkingthis people are!
