Hot Breads Plano

The cakes at this restaurant were once considered the best in town. I called ahead on Friday night to reserve a 2 pound pineapple cake for my son's birthday. I picked up the cake at 11:30 am on Saturday, and when we tried it around 5 pm, it was not up to par with their usual standards. There was a strange taste, almost like spoiled milk. Ultimately, the cake was not worth the $34 price tag. Next time, I will look for better and more affordable cake options elsewhere.

I recently sampled some popular dishes (according to a delivery app) such as a vegetarian burger, a spicy version of vegetarian pizza, and a chicken appetizer. The vegetarian burger and chicken dish were delicious, but I was slightly disappointed with the pizza, especially since it was labeled as the HBspecial.

I am very disappointed with the service at this restaurant. The staff doesn't know how to greet customers or take orders efficiently. The service is very slow, even for Asian food which usually takes time to prepare. The time management is terrible - even ordering tea in the morning took 30 to 45 minutes. It's unacceptable for a restaurant that sells tea and coffee to not have it ready when they open. They asked us to wait for our tea for over half an hour, it felt like they weren't taking our time seriously. They need to learn from other restaurants about how to run a business properly. We are willing to pay for our food, but we expect good service in return. If your kitchen isn't ready, don't open the store.

The worst hot breads even visited in USA. Not just the quality of the food but the price is exorbitant and quantity is too small. I had hot breads at NJ and CA but this hot bread. $10 for this piece of bread which they call paneer panini

The place was good and the service was good as well. But the time they take to prepare and process the order is high. This is on a regular weekday, so not sure how would it be on a weekend. The food was decent, nothing much to complain on that part.
