Gong Cha Plano

It used to be so good and the workers were always so sweet. It was my favorite but recently the cashier (older man) was so rude for no reason. I am not coming back bc of the experience, and boba was so hard to even chew recently. Also seems like they don't want to use the five stars promotions that are offered on the tablet.Food: 3/5

I tried their dirty brown sugar milk tea with 50% sweetness, and it was absolutely delicious! I ended up going back for it two days in a row. The staff is really enjoyable to chat with while waiting for your drink, and they're fantastic at suggesting additions to make your drink even more fabulous. I highly recommend it! Food: 5/5

I’m not sure what happened, but the food just didn’t taste good this time. I’ve been to this restaurant four times before, and my experiences were great, but today the drink had a bitter taste and the fruit had an odd texture. I might have to stop coming here.

Drinks are great havent had an issue with drinks. Called in a one drink order so I could avoid a wait... walked in and the lady who took the order said We havent made it yet . No customers to be seen so the place wasnt busy. All i can say is sigh . I wonder what happened to the previous staff, they where on it. Seen a lot of turnover.
