Domino's Pizza - Plano

The pizza was delicious and the cheese bread was fantastic! The service was also excellent!

Zachary, the delivery person, is fantastic! We had requested for him to sing the Ninja Turtle theme song when he arrived, and he definitely delivered. Hands down, this is the best pizza delivery experience ever! Absolutely epic!

I ordered my pizza at 12:47 clock, tracker said it was quality checked at 12:55 clock. it is now 1:45 clock, I called at 1:35 clock, spoke to the manager and he said the reason why my pizza is late because the shipper was from another delivery before my back because the order was wrong. I answered what this has to do with my pizza? his suggestion was to place the order again and pick it up myself. I told him if I wanted to pick up, I would have ordered my order to pick up. he said it will be there in 15-20 minutes. it is now 1:50pm and still no delivery! worst delivery service!

What we ordered vs what we got. A deluxe with black olives added, an olive pizza. Fail. Oh sure, they'll remake it, but not willing to drive the 20 minutes to deliver it. Oh yeah, and the guy in the food prep area playing with his hair, then touching food, then handling his phone, then touching food....
