Chow Thai Pacific Rim - Plano

My wife and I frequently dine here, and I must say, my favorite dish is the pad kee mow, while she enjoys the yellow curry—though sometimes she indulges in the sushi. Every meal we’ve tried has been excellent, and the service is consistently attentive. The only downside is that it is a bit pricier than the Thai restaurants in Stripe Mall, but I believe the quality justifies the higher prices.

I have been dining here regularly for five years, and I have never been let down!

Over the past five years, we have dined at the Pacific Rim numerous times and have never been disappointed. I really appreciate the decor, as the seating is both cozy and comfortable. Unlike many restaurants in Dallas, the tables are spaced out nicely, allowing for conversations at a normal volume. The service has consistently exceeded expectations, and I've enjoyed every dish I've tried. The Lake Bass is among the best I've ever had. In my opinion, the highlight of the menu is the calamari, which is served as tender steaks rather than tough rings, paired perfectly with a delicious ginger sauce. Additionally, the spring rolls are above average as well.

The worst culinary experience of my life. Owner/manager was extremely unprofessional, rude and non-service oriented. Not a kid friendly place, like the owner / manager rudely ordered us to ;Control the Kids; these were just 2 years old. They were in some of the most beautiful places, but were never so insulted and humiliated and literally expelled from the establishment.
