Chipotle Mexican Grill - Plano

This location is the cleanest Chipotle that I have ever been in! The employees are very pleasant as well. I will definitely be back again soon!

I felt completely cheated at this awful restaurant. The person serving my rice for my bowl only gave me one scoop, which was much less than what I'm used to at another location where they usually give 2 or 3 scoops. My bowl was only partially filled. Considering this, the $12 meal should have only cost around $3. When I called the manager, she told me to call back when she wasn't busy. However, I was never able to reach her that night. I will definitely not be returning.

While I understand the difficulties with staffing, it's important to still maintain cleanliness and ensure that your ingredients are presented properly. For example, if the beans are dry, don't just try to mask it by adding water.

I ordered a chicken salad, but unfortunately, the chicken was dry and the salad was not very good either. I would not recommend this dish.
