Best Thai - Plano

While it may not be the "Best Thai" I've ever tried, it was still a good meal. The Tom Kha soup was somewhat chunky, although I didn't take a picture of it. The interior was clean, and the restaurant was conveniently located with ample parking. The menu included standard Thai dishes, but I was hoping for something a bit more unique. There were only two staff members on duty, so the service was a bit slow, and it took a while to receive our drinks. Nevertheless, I still had an enjoyable experience.

This restaurant is one of my go-to lunch spots during the workweek, and I've also enjoyed dinner here a few times. The food is consistently excellent, and the Thai iced tea is wonderfully rich, sweet, and delicious—kind of like a dessert in a drink! The curries and noodle dishes are all top-notch. The level of spiciness can vary slightly, which I've noticed in many Thai restaurants. It might depend on the heat of the peppers or how many are added to the dish, but it’s never a drastic difference. The service here is very friendly and generally quite prompt. There have been instances, especially during the pandemic when staffing was reduced and the restaurant was busy, where the service was slower than usual, but overall, it’s usually quite good. Having visited many Thai restaurants in Plano, this one is definitely among my favorites.

Delicious! We had egg rolls, veggie Pad Thai, kids' lo mein, and veggie Penang curry. Everything was fantastic, except my son wasn't a fan of the lo mein. We'll definitely be returning for the Penang curry!

Great food and good atmosphere. Fried dumplings were a great start. Noodle entrees were delicious and very filling. You will leave this place full and satisfied. Resonant priced as well. Highly recommend.
