Baskin-robbins - Plano

I visited a not very busy restaurant with plenty of employees available. The staff were friendly enough. I ordered a large chocolate milkshake, but what I received was simply chocolate milk with no thickness. I went back and informed the employee who made it, but even after adding more ice cream and blending it again, it still wasn't right. I decided to just leave the drink and forget about it. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and not worth the $10.

The staff at this restaurant was friendly and good. However, I was disappointed when my banana split ice cream was mixed up. I asked for 2 vanilla and 1 strawberry scoops, making sure to emphasize twice that I did not want chocolate. Unfortunately, I received 2 vanilla and 1 chocolate scoop instead. I do not enjoy chocolate ice cream, so I was disappointed with the mistake. I only noticed the error once I got home as I had ordered my ice cream to-go. Despite this mishap, the vanilla ice cream was delicious. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant based on my experience. I understand that it was late when I visited, so I should take into account the tiredness of the staff.
