There are some new employees now, but I hope this doesn’t affect the quality we’ve come to know and love! While it is a bit pricey, we've never experienced problems with cold food, forgotten orders, food poisoning, or anything of that sort. I hope this feedback is helpful!
After my visit on Saturday, 10/24/15, I can only say that they seem to keep an eye on their change. It's unclear whether they simply don't know how to make change properly or if they're trying to hold onto some of it without drawing attention.
Eating is good, but the huh becomes smaller and smaller. prices were significantly increased
The service at this restaurant is awful. Today, I stopped by to order a 4-piece chicken dinner, and after watching the staff prepare my meal, I had a feeling it wouldn't be great. They had no French fries available, and when the server tried to hand me my meal, I pointed out that I hadn't received any fries. Instead of acknowledging the error, he tried to brush it off with excuses. I opened my meal to show him the missing fries, and he claimed he must have forgotten. However, it's hard to believe someone could forget when there was no frying time involved, not to mention that they weren't even cooking any fries at that moment.
I visited this establishment on Friday October 3, 2014 around 8:45pm and ordered two 10pc. nuggets. Being I haven't eaten all day, I consumed both. Around 10:45pm I began to have some stomach pains. Around 11:45pm I began to feel worse and got sick. By around midnight I felt dizzy and had a slight fever. On Saturday October 4, 2014 I called the business to inform them of the occurrence and to suggest they keep an eye on the cooking time of their product. The lady took down my name and said she would give it to Jim and to come in and talk to him Mon between 11 and 2. Being that I work from 6-3 this wasn't possible so I called Jim at around 12:30 on Monday October 6 and without asking for any sort of refund I explained to him the situation to which he replied that anything in my system for 24hrs could still give me food poisoning which I understand to be true but then said it to be rare that food poisoning could take effect as quickly as it had which is false. The customer service I received after been given food poisoning was ridiculous! I believe that word of mouth is the best form of advertising being good or bad. Had I been given better understanding and acknowledgment of the happenings, I would not be writing a negative review. Had this man owned up to the mistakes and lack of sanitation in the facility, I would not be upset.
