Salute At Plainview

Went there last Saturday, Food was horrible, we ordered shrimp francese and came some shrimp and vegetable with egg like little omelete ifloating in oil

Waited 40 mins for an order I was told would take 15-20 mins just to find out they hadn’t even started preparing my food. I understand ppl make mistakes just don’t act like you didn’t forget my food when I saw with my own eyes. That fact that the staff couldn’t apologize and then completely rushed making my sandwich was insane to me. I Ended up waiting 45 mins for a $16 dollar panini that was just thrown together because of their mistake.

I had the pippo panini. It was delicious and just what I was craving. The place is very welcoming and inviting. Everyone was very sweet and polite. Definitely recommend.

The best italian restaurant on long island. Excellent service, food and price.
