Mcdonald's - Plainview

Eating was cold hatch brown. that was sad. some people are simply not proud that there is work.

Apparently they can’t even tell time! Door says inside is open until 9:00 on a SATURDAY night ? but 8:50 the door was locked! We just wanted a to go order and use the restroom after hours of traveling!

Consistency is the key, but sometimes has some ppl that do not care

We ordered and theydid not charges the meal although we wanted the meal. The clerk never double checked with us about the meal.They charges us the full price sandwiches and they did not even give us 2 for 6. The manager came and did not even acknowledge us and did not fix anything just ignore us. They wanted to charge us the full price for the drinks and the fries. Manager never made it right. Worst customer service experience ever.

I waited 45 minutes for an employee to come wash my hands but no one came
