Mcdonald's - Plainsboro Township

We just picked up an order and we missed an article. We called no one to pick up the phone.

I just came to pick up my lunch for a mc chicken with cheese, it's very close to place where I work and the staff and work environment must be organized, they gave me false bread for my mc chicken, staff keep phone numbers for orders that are somehow frustrating, instead of they could be a simple big screen with order numbers if they are ready, we can pick it up, especially with lots of orders! Not appreciated! We need a large screen so that we can stand in the distance and wait until the order number appears on the screen to be picked up!!!

Since I was 17. Clean and fast. My only pet peeve is when they forget the napkins, but they have improved.

It's the next McDonalds, but probably the worst. Eating tends to half the time and the staff is ignorant. I used the app to place an order and they had no syrup for pancakes, so I asked for a refund. You said to do it only through the app and it is not possible. So they took the pancakes back and I lost it. Terrible customer service. Two thumbs down.

This place gets the order wrong pretty often. In my mobile order, was supposed to get 10 promotional nuggets which was completely missing. Ordered 3 large fries and each one was literally half full. Ordered filet o fish and it was missing tartar sauce and cheese. One time the soda was forgotten completely. They bank of customers not double checking their orders, especially during Covid when customers are trying to get out the door as soon as possible so they can short change you.
