Rosati's Pizza Sports Pub - Plainfield

I visited the restaurant during a quiet period, and the atmosphere was wonderful. The establishment was very clean, and the staff member I interacted with was courteous, friendly, and extremely helpful. I ordered a slice of pizza and a Sierra Mist. It was a rainy, gloomy day, and I spent about $6.

This restaurant has really declined! Tonight was my fourth visit, and I was disappointed. The thin crust pizza was thinner than a sheet of paper. They've changed their supplier for the fries, and they are now just as skinny and unpleasant as the ones at Steak 'n Shake, yet they charge $6 for a large portion. We ordered a 16-inch one-topping pizza but ended up being overcharged by $1.65, and they refused to refund us the difference. Apparently, there's a "cash discount," and we could have paid cash if we'd known! I'm part of their rewards program, but I've never received any points. If you decide to visit, make sure to double-check your bill. Better yet, do yourself a favor and go to Giordano's instead! We will not be returning.

We had the worst pizza experience ever. The thin-crust sausage pizza had only one piece of sausage per slice, barely any cheese, and the sauce tasted like plain marinara. The crust was also too soft for our liking. When I called to express my concerns, the woman who answered seemed uninterested in listening. The last time we tried to dine in, we waited at our table for 30 minutes without anyone bringing us menus or taking our drink orders, so we eventually left and went somewhere else to eat. We won’t be returning.

If there was a zero it would be my rating in just trying to order a pizza it took forever I get busy being Friday. Being on hold for long periods of time then to be disconnect not once but twice. Provided by Jen incorrect information regarding a use of thelocal flavor coupon and after all of this I was told sorry but there is nothing we will do even if you cancel the order you willstill be charged for the order since driver is in route. Manager Jen advised me. Needless to say I was not a happy customer. I received my cold pizza 1 hour 15 minutes after my 3rd call, pretty close to a 2 hours. Customer beware, there is no customerservice at this Rosati?s location.

First of all the waitress was very unfriendly not too sure she was having a bad day we all have our bad days . We ordered one pizza of to go and one small pizza for their and a beef sandwich.. when the order came the one pizza to go was on a regular traythe beef sandwich was dry as hell and had no fries which were supposed to be with it. She was very indifferent to our orderdidn't care said she'd take to beef sandwich back just a service was just poor for someone who's working for tips. Just a badservice unfriendly won't be back food was very poor quality.
