Laspada's Pizzeria - Plainfield

Let me tell you, I've had my fair share of pizza, including in Italy, and this pizza is fantastic! The crust is thick yet soft and airy—it fills you up without feeling heavy. We also tried the wings, breadsticks, and pizza logs, and all three were excellent! The owners were incredibly friendly and shared information about everything they offer. Even if you're not specifically in the mood for pizza, you absolutely should drop by or have a pizza delivered!

We've enjoyed this pizza 15 or 20 times, and it's always fantastic. My only constructive criticism for the restaurant is that they should consider cooking the pizzas a bit longer by default, especially those with a lot of toppings. Before I started specifically requesting my pizzas to be cooked thoroughly, I received a couple that were barely warm in the middle. Even when they were melted and heated through, they simply weren’t cooked enough compared to an average pizza. Nonetheless, even with that issue, this is hands down the best pizza in Plainfield. If they adjust the cooking time or if you specify your order, it's easily one of the best in the state!

We wanted to check out the buzz surrounding the cheese bread tonight, and it did not disappoint! The dough was fantastic. We also enjoyed the $1 pizza logs, which are similar to egg rolls. The cheese sauce and garlic oil were delicious. The original crust is very deep-dish, making it a great value for the price. It's even cheaper than Little Caesar's and way better! We’ll definitely be back. They offer delivery within a 6-mile radius. Thank you, LaSpada!

People always talk about New York Style or Chicago Style Pizza. I think I'll take Buffalo style. Great pizza at a good price. I haven't tried anything I don't like yet. These guys do it right. Her wings are hands down the best in and around Plainfield. The cheese bread with her homemade cheese sauce is a must. If you choose Papa Johns, Donatos or Dominos over this place you absolutely crazy.

Yummy family owned pizzeria, love the light fluffy crust of pizza and breadsticks, wings great flavor, monkey bread is excellent!!! Small and simple place but food is delicious!
