Jimmy John's - Plainfield

My experience was disappointing. I had to call three times just to find out that they don't deliver to my hotel room.

Dining is definitely on the agenda, but how does it take nearly an hour for the food to arrive? Fast service? Not at all.

Disappointed in the Jimmy Johns here in Plainfield. They are very slow on delivery. I order it once a week and it often takes 30 minutes to deliver and I work literally only 2 miles away. My most recent order took 50 minutes to arrive and when I called to ask where it was they just said the drivers had a lot of orders and did not even attempt to discount me. Won?t be relying on them for a quick lunch in the future..

Not a good tasting sandwich. The bacon tasted old. It took 34 minutes for my order to arrive. Not a very timely response (google states that the distance was exactly 3 miles with a 7 minute drive duration).

Jimmy just has a great sandwich and the deliveries to my son's warehouse everytime I order from Tennessee it is on point for him! Always order the JJ on whole grain with everything or the tuna on grain bread with peppers! Jesse at J.Ennis fabric appreciates the prompt deliveries!
