It's Just Wings - Plainfield

I ordered their wings through DoorDash, not knowing it was part of Chili's as WingStreet is to PizzaHut. All 7 members of my family were surprised at how good it was and how fast it was delivered. Especially with this staffing shortage.

It is Chili's. The wings were way overcooked and not hot even though we were.early. We ordered before we knew it was a chain and one that doesn't specialize in wings. Don't make our mistake.

I 've often made a point to visit Chili 's durring their Happy Hours which were at first 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Then changed to 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM in my area. I 've enjoyed this time for at least the last 6 years pretty much as a regular but without informing me, this Chili 's no longer has a Happy Hour with discounted drinks. I would have given it a one rating but I gave it a two rating because the staff was excellent and apologized for not informing me that they no longer had the 3:00 to 6:00 Happy Hour.

Eric provided outstanding service as our waiter! He was friendly and well-informed, and we never had to wait long for drink refills. We really appreciated the military discount he offered us. The food was absolutely delicious! However, I was disappointed with the bathroom; it wasn't very clean, and the lack of toilet paper was frustrating. On the bright side, at least there was plenty of soap available!

We arrived on a Saturday just before noon to a pleasantly quiet restaurant, which was nice because we could enjoy our meal without the noise of screaming kids—how civilized! As usual, I ordered the steak and shrimp fajitas, while my partner kindly shared his bean "soup" with me, leaving me unable to finish my meal. He had a massive dish filled with all sorts of delicious ingredients! The location is fantastic, and the atmosphere is lovely. It would have been fun if the food-carrying robot had been dancing, but that’s just a joke. We will definitely be back!
