Dunkin' - Plainfield

The floor was filthy along with the tables and counter tops being sticky. The Coffey was too pricey and the clerks were hard to understand . Duncan Donuts has really gone down hill.

I payed 8 dollars for what I thought would be a hot latte with almond milk but instead was given a half empty cup of warm black coffee :

Stopped going here after being repeatedly hit on by a drive thru worker and a manager (guy wearing a gold chain). They would make suggestive comments and ask increasingly personal questions every time I would come to pick up my online order. I feel badfor the female employees and hope no one else is being harassed by them.

Service Sucks. On Sunday morning I ordered a Hot latte with 1 pump sugar and they gave me hot latte with blueberry shot. Yak. And I also ordered a EGG and cheese wrap with No Cheese and these MF?s gave me wrap with cheese. I?m allergic to dairy andthese MF?s spoiled my Sunday. Never going back.

Multiple disappointing visits. Last time they burned the hashbrowns and they tasted like dirty oil. Visit before that, they made a sundae so sloppy, the hot fudge overflowed and made a mess of my car. This is the only Dunkin location I?ve had any problemwith.
