Dunkin' - Plainfield

I went to this Dunkin Donuts for the first time, and was accused by the owner of stealing a coffee the week before so he said he was refusing to let me order anything until I paid him what I owed. He was angry and hostile, and it was extremely insulting and uncomfortable. I would never steal from any establishment!

It's nice when I get my coffee every morning and they greet me by my first name!!! They have a lot of good people that work there.

Gave this place another try due to proximity and I thought I should give them a second chance. Maybe it was a fluke? This experience was better. Much smoother transaction. Very pleasant customer service and she knew how to use my debit card to process my transaction! Good job DD!! My order was correct as well. :

Nice quiet Dunkin location. If you enjoy the quiet, you will enjoy sitting inside.

This location has been my go to for several years. I always grab my favorite iced coffee and something to eat in the morning. They are very quick and pleasant to interact with. On the rare occasions that I am able to enter the restaurant, it is clean and inviting.
