Subway - Placentia

Very clean, updated location. The staff are also very friendly. I would recommend this subway to others I visited.

You are wonderful! I placed an order through the app and accidentally ended up ordering two sandwiches. The managers and staff were incredibly helpful. I received a refund, and this time I ordered just one sandwich. The Curbside Pickup Manager was exceptionally kind and pleasant. I regularly order from them, and they've never let me down.

As always, the sandwiches were great. However, they really need to inform customers of the price for the new garlic herb butter spreads when placing an order. It's advertised as a spread, not a bread, and if you're not aware, your $6.99 special could unexpectedly turn into over $10. Honestly, the spread isn't good enough to justify the extra cost.

I always receive excellent service at this restaurant. The staff is very friendly, and the sandwiches are consistently delicious.
