Carl's Jr. - Placentia

I do not often leave reviews for fast food. Fast food is fast food. But I was in the Yorba Linda area of Salt Lake City visited my brother, and twice I went to this Carl's Jr. Both times I went through the drive-thru, and the guy worked there was fantastic. Very friendly and thorough with my order. I wish I had his name, so I could say something personal about how well I thought. I really appreciate it.

The food was freshly made to order, which is not something you typically find with fast food. The service was friendly as well.

I placed my order while on the road, and although there was a long line, it moved quickly. The staff remained friendly and professional despite the high volume of customers. One team member, Lorena, was especially helpful; she read my order back to me to ensure everything was correct before handing me my food, which made me very satisfied.

I just wanted to share my experience at Carl's Jr. this past weekend. I ordered food for my family, and right when we arrived, the cashiers greeted us with big smiles. The restaurant was spotless, and I felt right at home, especially because of the friendly way they welcomed us. The cashier took my order perfectly, just as I requested. If only all cashiers were like her! I will definitely return.
