Lady that took my order acted like I came in 30 seconds before close and I came at lunch time, they make you tell them everything you want and write it down on the same paper they wrap your sandwich in them get catch a attitude when you ask for something they didn’t write down and they said they were putting up a steel cover over everything so you can’t see them make your sandwich worst subway I’ve been to in my life

With some better management this place would shine. I have better luck with my food in the evenings than I do with the early shifts for some reason. They are constantly out of supplies, onions, mayonnaise etc, you name it. It could be a supply issue but from my experience it's a management thing. If you wanna sit in drive thru for 15 minutes before they even take your order this is the place for you. I wouldn't be surprised if this franchise leaves Pittsfield too because of the poor service. Poor service early in the day. And good service by the teenagers and kids that work the evenings.

I’ve never been here but my bbg worked at this location and they fired her bc they were too lazy to train her.

Very disappointed. Staff was very rude. Only kind and competent worker was Natalie, and found out they fired her since they were too lazy to train her. Can’t wait until they shut down because they have no employees and scare away all their customers. Don’t eat here and definitely don’t work here. Management are idiots
