Hot Harry's Burritos North St

The staff were very friendly and polite....however the food was a huge disappointment..I ordered the mild chicken quesadilla and it had zero flavor i mean imagine what it was like when you had covid and couldn't taste a thing....that's what it was like eating this quesadilla. The beef taco had good flavor but the meat didn't even melt the cheese so it was mildly warm beef and cold cheese.

It was my first time here I didn't get food today, but I had a great experience and the service was super friendly! Thank you to Crystal and Heather for making my day!

Loved the food, and I loved that there were multiple vegetarian options available. I ordered a burrito bowl with tofu and my husband got a burrito.As a first time visitor to the restaurant, my only suggestion to the staff would be to go through all the steps proactively (i.e. asking if I want sauce on my burrito bowl they skipped this and I had to ask for it later), and to also point out things (I didn't receive salsa with my chips and had to ask about it, turns out there is a separate self serve salsa station.Perhaps they are used to serving customers who are familiar with the chain, but since I had never been before that would have brought service levels up to a 5 star. Vegetarian options: Tofu was available as an option (which was a nice change from places that only offer vegetables as a vegetarian option).

The food was not bad, but the server was in such a rush he was just throwing the ingredients onto the burrito. Just slopping it on there like in a prison or school cafeteria, some of the chicken fell off the counter...I get it, it's Hot Harrys and not a five star restaurant, but slow down, and act professional in the food industry.

Chicken Bacon Ranch Griller was really good. First time trying it did not disappoint. Spicy very filling.
