The staff are friendly and helpful, but honestly, you could find better food at Dunkin Donuts. Overall, it's a nice place, but it takes too long to get your order—even when they're not busy. The food is bland and the portions are minimal. The hash browns taste like the ones I keep in my freezer. Food rating: 2/5.

I miss the old Juice and Java. They never answer the phone, and it feels like the staff just ignores calls until they close.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich but received the wrong one. When I let them know, they quickly offered to remake it. At that point, I was okay with what I had because they were so eager to fix my order, which I really appreciated. They promised to make it up to me tomorrow, so we’ll see. I trust them; I’ve always had great food and service there.

We go here every Sunday as it is just about the only place open that isn't sit down breakfast only. Food and service is always excellent.Wheelchair accessibility: There is none
