Dropped in for a 1st visit a few weeks ago. Met the owner and he was super nice and patient. Just ordered the cold brew pouches and they are already out for delivery! Prompt service in store amd online!! Love it!As for the product itself: good,smooth, bold coffee without a hint of that over roasted or brewed bitter after notes. Buy it. Drink it. Now.!Btw..the place is in the basement of the mall. Your GPS will tell you that you have arrived..but you won't see it. You aren't crazy...there's a downstairs entrance...right at bottom of stairs.
