Wendy's - Pittsburgh

The food was delicious, but it took them an hour to prepare. They were probably just busy though.

The burger had a stale cardboard taste, the fries were also old, but the nuggets were decent.

I waited over an hour for my order and when I got it there were no fries, no coke, the nuggets were cold and hard, the Daves triple was all over the place and I ordered it with just ketchup and mustard, the jr bacon cheeseburger had onions on it and that was removed as an option. Me and my spouse didnt want any of the food.

The food at this Wendy's was just as expected for a late night snack, but unfortunately my order was messed up quite badly. I ordered a double cheeseburger, spicy nuggets, and a classic chicken sandwich with honey mustard, but the chicken sandwich was missing and the burger had the wrong condiments. The nuggets were also not spicy as requested. While I understand it was late and the employees may have been tired, having every part of my order wrong was disappointing. I work for a low-wage chain store myself, so I sympathize, but this experience was unsatisfactory.

Friend and I just received our order. my Asiago Ranch Chicken Club Combo didnt have an asiago cheese on it and she got a regular burger instead of the Loaded Nacho Cheeseburger Combo that she had ordered
