Great food at a really good price, very friendly staff and they were really quick at getting it out

Got food for takeout no condiments no lettuce and tomato they forgot everything terrible

Ordered for pickup. Being an out of towner didnt know this was a cash only place. Lady on phone shld have mentioned. Had to hit the atm and pay the extra transaction fee. Food was ok. Not great. Service was just ok.

The food I ordered was not prepared correctly. When I called the restaurant to let them know there was a problem with my sandwich, they informed me that they were closed and I would have to wait until the next morning for a replacement. I was also concerned because no one in the restaurant was wearing a face mask, which made me feel uneasy especially with COVID-19 regulations. Overall, I was very disappointed as I used to love this place.

I am disappointed that the food at this restaurant lacked seasoning. I will not be returning and I have no photos to share because the food was not up to par. Ventos used to be my favorite spot, so it is unfortunate that I will not be going back.
