This is a wonderful spot for a handcrafted sandwich and a craft beer. It offers a unique gourmet grilled cheese concept with a variety of creative grilled cheese options to choose from. The sandwiches are served with homemade chips and tomato soup, but substitutions can be made for a different side. In addition to their grilled cheese offerings, they also have wings, burgers, and flatbreads on the menu. They have a selection of over 30 craft beers on tap to pair with your meal. During my last visit to the Shadyside location, I tried the kielbasa pierogi sandwich and really enjoyed it. This time, I opted for the patty melt-style "Patty Mayonnaise" sandwich. Unfortunately, they forgot to include the white cheese sauce that should have come with it, and the sandwich was quite greasy, but overall it was decent. I would definitely recommend giving this place a try, especially if you enjoy creative sandwiches.

I tried this restaurant for the first time today, and I can confidently say that we will definitely be back. Everything was excellent, and the sandwiches that my husband and daughter chose were so large that they couldn't finish them. My daughter had a burger, my husband had the "My diet starts tomorrow" sandwich (as indicated in the menu), and I had the Impossible Burger. We all upgraded our sides to either fries or salad, so I can't speak for the chips, but from what I saw on tables nearby, they looked pretty good. The tomato soup that came with the grilled cheese sandwiches was hot and delicious.

Food was fresh, hot and tasty! Love that they have gluten-free bread. Service was excellent. Will go back!

We had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant. I had the chicken bacon tomato cheddar twirl with garlic aioli sandwich and waffle fries, while my girlfriend enjoyed the mac and cheese sandwich. Our server Andrew was exceptional - friendly, knowledgeable, and recommended great drink options. He really made our meal even better!

I loved the taste of the sandwich it was very juicy and the tomato soup was incredible! I tried that dessert and it was so good.
