Sushi Fuku S Craig Street - Pittsburgh

The sushi rolls were excellent, tightly rolled with no pieces falling apart. The Golden Dragon roll had a bit more spice than anticipated, but it wasn't overwhelming.

I was disappointed that my poke bowl lacked sauce, making it very dry. I had to add my own soy sauce to give it some flavor. After finishing my meal, I discovered sauce in my dessert container. The fish seemed fresh, but also somewhat preserved.

The coconut shrimp roll was fantastic! It is now my favorite sushi ever!

The spicy tuna is always a little fishy, but the spicy crab is always spot on. Tried the fried gyoza today and am obsessed! Its so good!

The food was ok, but the Chicken Tempura is a scam. Its 2 chicken tenders of low quality chicken tender mush, likely precooked and not fresh battered in the store, definitely not tempura batter. Expensive and deceiving.
