Steel Cactus Bethel Park - Pittsburgh

Enjoyable meal . I had the taco bowl. My husband had the fajitas. We were both pleased with the food and the service. (TVs available and the waitress changed the station for us). Adequate parking. Close to main roads.

First time. We chose “Mexican inspired” dishes and couldn’t evaluate whether any “authentic Mexican” are offered. We were there for Sunday Lunch, just before Christmas. Crowd was light but growing by the time we left. The space is large and nicely furnished and decorated. The room seems acoustically very live (potentially loud with a large crowd) Service was polite but not particularly welcoming nor quick.

The food was AWFUL. The chips were from a bag. The guacamole was from a tube that was not made there. The margarita’s were HORRIBLE!! They were low on tequila and HEAVY on sourness. I tried a regular and thought maybe a mango would be better. WRONG! I left it on the table. They even CHARGED for salsa. That too was HORRIBLE. This place is not worth your time or money. Taco Bell would have been a much better choice.

It was ok, Really loud and hard to have conversation with my party!
