Starbucks - Pittsburgh

I am accustomed to the usual Starbucks ambiance and standards, but today was a pleasant surprise when I stopped by a location a bit further from home. Despite having only a few staff members present, they were efficient. This store was not as busy as others, and my cappuccino exceeded my expectations in terms of quality. The furniture was new, and the entire establishment was spotless. It was well worth the extra distance to visit.

I ordered a cafe latte but it was made like black coffee. The staff should be trained better.

Ordered a sandwich. Order was ignored. Then apathetically microwaved where it fell apart, was tossed on the counter, ignored again. I had to ask for it, guy just hands it to me. Nope, refund. I don't what I expected for a 5 dollar microwaved egg sandwich frim a bag. The tip jar on the counter is laughable.

Best Starbucks ever! Awesome staff and the space is clean and tidy. The barista asked me how do I say my name 2022/10/09 update: the manger brought us human pup cups (hot chocolate) during lower traffic time ? so sweet ?

Chai latte tea was refreshing. Loved the smell and taste of pumpkin spice coffee.
