Intimate setting. Delicious Food and great service/

Mouth watering goodness! The Brussels sprouts were amazing, the mashed potatoes are the absolute best and the prime rib was excellent!!! Cannot go wrong here. Only issue is, I can only get a table for either 2 or 4 people. Our family consists of 5 people, so we can’t go here if we all want to go.

This was a lovely evening, overall. 3 out of 4 cuts of prime rib were good and our server did a good job. Dessert was impressive. On the downside...we were strangely served mashed potatoes long before any other food came out. The sides were pretty good but the one cut of prime rib that came to the table was mostly fat and gristle, unfortunately. The popovers were dry. Our server disappeared for a bit after that so we didn't feel like holding everyone's food up so we just accepted it. But most notably, our arrival was disappointing. The hostess was rude when we tried to check in ten minutes early. We had to wait outside the doors (which I get since they were just opening but it seems like there could be a better option for waiting than standing in the lobby of the theater. At the appointed time our table was not ready. We were told to get a drink at the bar, which we did, but the bartender took so long, another host was trying to usher us back to the Rib Room while the bartender SLOWLY processed our bill. It was rude. It's hard to get good staff these days, I know. But the first tables of the night no one should be in such as bad mood. Also, the wine list of by the glass wines was both very short and very expensive. When you start with cocktails (also expensive, but pretty good you don't necessarily want an entire bottle. There is a lot of room for improvement here and I'm not sure I would suggest someone spend the money.

Everything was great. Food, service and atmosphere were all great. Only odd thing was getting stopped by a waiter asking me where I was going as I walked back to my seat in The Rib Room. Which was odd because he wasn't one of the staff working that room and didn't say anything to the 2 people that walked in ahead of me.

Food and service was excellent, as well as the atmosphere. The only negative, and it’s not a huge deal, but they forgot our add ons to the entrees when they brought our food out, but they did bring them quickly when we asked. Overall, fantastic!
