Quattro Pizza - Pittsburgh

The restaurant is now known as Chao Phraya Thai Cuisine. They offer lunch from Monday to Friday, from 11 AM to 3 PM, and dinner from Monday to Friday, from 3 PM to 9:30 PM. On Saturdays, dinner is served from 11 AM to 9:30 PM, and on Sundays, from 12 PM to 9 PM.

The pizza was mediocre—nothing special. I'm deducting two stars mainly because the breadsticks tasted like they were just frozen and reheated. They reminded me exactly of the ones you can get at Olive Garden. Additionally, the ranch dressing was quite disappointing. I recommend using Hidden Valley and making your own; it's far superior. Lastly, I noticed that the person preparing the pizza wasn't wearing a mask when I entered, which didn't contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.

The crust is absolutely outstanding. This restaurant is truly underrated. Everyone I've suggested Quattro to has loved it. No kidding!

During my call, both the person I spoke with and the manager questioned my decision and made snide remarks about my request. They complained about my call and were generally rude throughout the short conversation. Again, they insisted that my order was on the way, so I regrettably opted not to cancel. Finally, my order arrived at 2:20 PM—almost two hours after I placed it and one hour after being told it was on the way. To make matters worse, the delivery driver wasn’t wearing a mask, and my order was both incorrect and cold. This was truly shocking, and I will never order from this restaurant again.

We placed our order at 4:45 and received our food at 6:10, which felt like an eternity. The fried mushrooms were cold and soggy, and the chicken wings were also cold—they even forgot the ranch dressing. For $23, plus a $2 tip for the delivery person, it was disappointing. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again anytime soon. I wish I could call and have them remove the $2 tip from the total.
